The project is located in Al Azizieh, KSA, with a total area of about 5000m². It consists of 16 villas classified into three categories: A 128 m², B 130 m2 with an outer swimming pool, C 135 m². The villas are distributed into 8 lots; each lot includes two different types of villas. We studied each villa to have its special modern design inside and outside. To achieve privacy, we provided each villa with separate entrance, parking and landscape. We also used the right materials and colors that go with the nature of the area.
