The project is located in Al Najaf, Iraq, it consists of 14 buildings that can accommodate 168 families and are located around a central park with wide green areas, gathering spaces, kids play grounds, stores and a parking for 200 cars. We provided several types of apartments with different floor areas to accommodate for different needs. The apartments were distributed on two types of buildings; each was composed of eight floors with six apartments in each floor. We used elements of the classical architectural style and transformed it to fit the contemporary life style nowadays.
