The project is located in al Najaf, Iraq. It’s a one floor summer house which comprises sitting room, one bed room and kitchen. The landscape includes a raised sitting area overlooking the swimming pool, and a second sitting area beside the river. The design used light wooden framing construction method with brick roof. The elevations conform to the construction by using wooden panels and stone for cladding. We also tried to minimize the damage on the nature by keeping the existing palm trees.
