The project is marked by its location on al Furat River in Al Samawa city, Iraq, the building is well served by the two –way car highway and Al Shuhadaa Bridge.
We design the main restaurant and the pool at the highest level of the building to offer a panoramic view, an ideal orientation toward the sun and great view to the river.
In the landscape we create on main entrance for cars to offer a high level of security and we put the parking under the ground to achieve the maximum areas of green spaces, also to achieve more privacy to the costumers we make a VIP entrance connected directly to their rooms and separated from the main entrance .
