The building is naturally cooled through openings at the top to create chimney effect drawing air out of the building,the light penetrates the building through the main facade and through the glass roof over the patio.
The sunshade over the top of the building protects the building from direct sun rays.
We didn’t have the opportunity of having an exterior garden, that’s why we try to create an interior one and we design it to include water spaces surrounded by several types of aromatic plants to give the space a nice smell and good feeling.
We design the interior walls of the lobby with wide screens which display the women history in Iraq, also we put sculptures and plates between the columns which reflect the roll of Iraq women in the history,
