This project is located in Samawa, Al Iraq. It’s a building of 45 rooms distributed into 6 flours with a wide reception , restaurant , spa and swimming pool in the two first floors , with a VIP entrance separated from the main entrance to achieve more privacy to the costumers . the rooms were divided into three categories A(suites ) , B(suites ) in the first three floors and the VIP rooms in the top three levels of the building .
