This project is located in Al Azizieh, KSA, with a total area of about 895m². the project consists of two types of villas : villa A (199 m2) , Villa B (186,5 m2) . Each villa has its own entrance and parking. the villa consists of three floors:
The ground floor which includes the entrance , men sitting room , women sitting room , kitchen , living room and dining room.
The first floor includes three bed rooms , master bed room ,and living room.
The second floor is consecrated for utilities such as maid room, services rooms.

We provided modern interior and exterior design for both villas by using the right materials and colors that also takes into consideration the dominant architectural style of the location.
