SAMAWA CITY – LCH

Located in Al Samawa , Iraq , it is a residential a project composed of low cost dwellings. We achieved the privacy for each house by using a separate entrance and parking for each one. The challenge of achieving economic design was faced by using low cost materials and we used the colors to differentiate between dwellings. In addition we used open living rooms to achieve a good connection to the landscape and to create an interactive climate along the street with the neighborhood.
