The project is marked by the importance of its location in Samawa city, Iraq. A primary design goal has been to bring the city into a new commercial and economic level , for that we intended for the building to be land mark by its design and the facilities it provides such as convention center, meeting rooms , convention halls, VIP halls, Lecture rooms. The building was provided with a buffer zone of green areas to protect the building from the noise and achieve good privacy for the costumers.
